the software you want is in pads2005 installation package.

please download it at ftp://ftp.pcbtech.net, and it's in the folder "/资料共享区/MENTOR.GRAPHICS.PADS.2005.SPAC1-EFA", after you downloading, you must open it with daemon tools 3.47 or other virtual driver.
