The terror alert
这是美国于2003年开始实施的一种5级恐怖预警系统，最低的一级是绿色，
随着恐怖袭击危险的增加，警告的颜色可以依次上升为蓝色、黄色、橙色，
直至升到最高的一级--红色。据美国广播公司报道，在美国总统布什于
3月17日晚8点发表15分钟的电视讲话后，美国国土安全部将宣布，美国
全境恐怖威胁警戒级别将从原来的黄色提高至橙色。同时，美国联邦调
查局警官将全部上岗。The Bush administration raised the terror alert from
yellow, or elevated, to orange, the second-highest level on a five-color scale.

i think most of the people in different country or belonging different nations are eager for peace in themselves, but why the war has been coming with human beings since human's history began....
