ECO怎么没有记录

如下的ECO。我改了几个元件的封装，怎么ECO文件里面没有记录？谢谢！

今天又试一试了，发现ECO的这个eco.err记事本文件里面怎么还是没有我修改和增添了的元件的ECO记录？如下内容：
