Hi, Micky, I found your trouble today. So I think maybe I can give you my opinion. Generally, your understanding is right. But one point, I think "not to scale" should be "实体大小，亦即没有比例缩放".

And what's OKI? I think it probable is a company, or an abbreviation of a professional glossary.

I made a mistake，I just took "scale" for "sale"...thank you ，Mr power_s ....
